Tuesday: leftovers

Wednesday: Ham with caramalized onion grilled cheese sandwiches; southwestern onion rings

Thursday: Baked chicken and mushrooms; country potatoes

Friday: Leftovers

Saturday: Sweet corn stuffed zucchini; crescent rolls

Sunday: Firecracker Casserole; veggie

Monday: Crock pot brisket; au gratin potatoes

Tuesday: Shredded brisket sandwiches; baked potatoes

Wednesday: Crock pot chicken and potatoes; veggie

Thursday: Leftovers!

Friday: Chicken and black bean rice bake; veggie

Saturday: leftovers!

Sunday: Chili Tot Casserole; crescent rolls

Breakfast: Breakfast potato skins, muffins-that-taste-like-donuts, chocolate-chocolate chip muffins, and possibly freezing some breakfast burritos to warm in the oven.
